Delivery in Metro Manila

In-stock pieces are delivered the same day across Metro Manila. We confirm your delivery time when you order.

Shipping is free on orders over ₱5,000. Below that, we'll confirm the delivery fee in chat before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Outside Metro Manila

Message us with your address and we'll let you know the options and timing.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces show their shipping time on the product page. We'll keep you updated and deliver as soon as they arrive.

Returns

Changed your mind? Unopened, unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us first and we'll arrange it.

Candles, incense and diffusers can't be returned once opened or used, since they can't be sold again.

Damaged or wrong item

We wrap everything with care, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
